The successful Reception Teacher will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE or Bachelor of Education.
* Be an ECT or have previous experience teaching in the EYFS.
* Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a safe, stimulating environment.
* Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability to their teaching practice.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and show a proactive approach to professional development.
