Employee Relations Manager - Workforce & Change
Location: London (3 days in office) Contract: Interim / FTC Salary: paying up to £120,000
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a highly reputable global Bank seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager on a 12 month FTC. This is a specialist change and redundancy role focused on managing large-scale restructures, consultations, business sales and acquisitions. You'll need to be confident advising at Executive level, leading complex consultations, and navigating high-volume redundancy processes within a large matrix environment. You must also have gained your ER experience within a Banking or Financial Services Global Matrix.
What is the role:
Leading and delivering multiple change projects end-to-end.
Managing a team of six (UK & offshore).
Operating strategically whilst remaining hands-on.
Influencing senior stakeholders with strong negotiation and relationship skills.
Bringing robust experience in large-scale workforce change, ideally within Investment Banking or another complex matrixed organisation.
Skills & Experience
Proven ER/change management background with experience managing large-scale redundancies
Must have experience working within a large, matrix environment, ideally from Banking, Financial Servcies or a large commercial organisation.
Strong knowledge of consultations, TUPE, business sales and acquisitions.
Confident operating at Exec level with excellent stakeholder management.
Experience working with union/works council consultations.
Solid understanding of employment law and best practice.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage sensitive projects across multiple jurisdictions.
