The role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and performance driven Marketplaces and Digital Key Account Manager including Amazon and Mercado Libre. As our Americas lead, this is an exciting opportunity to scale and build upon our existing business while establishing new growth channels across the North and South American markets.
This role combines hands-on marketplace management with strategic partnership development, requiring both analytical rigor and entrepreneurial flair. You will be attracted to working in a start-up style environment, with the benefit of an established business as support. Day-to-day you will take the charge on our marketplaces business, working closely with our 3P partners to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the digital business. You will also work closely with the wider team to build out our digital capabilities with our key distribution partners.
What you will be doing
* Oversee And Manage Our Amazon Business: Working closely with our 3P partner, ensuring we are building and running a profitable business and continually improving to solidify our category and stock positioning. In addition to working with Partners, you will manage Seller Central for certain Amazon instances.
* Working Closely with the Cross Functional Teams: Including operations, product, marketing and finance to ensure the profitable growth of the channels and optimising processes to run an effective business
* Channel Strategy & Execution: Own and develop and our marketplace strategy across the Americas including Amazon, Tik Tok and Mercado Libre. This includes all merchandising, content optimisation and working closely with the marketing team to execute against budgets and ROI goals.
* Working With Our Distributors and Export Team: To share learnings, build playbooks and work with them to optimise their marketplace instances and help grow their own marketplaces business. Working towards a regional alignment across Brand and Business objectives.
* Reporting Lines: Reporting into the Commercial Director – USA and Global Digital, with dotted lines to each of the in-country Commercial Leads to develop joint business plans; identify opportunities and drive incremental revenue. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive the traffic needed to move the business forward and ensure alignment across all business channels.
* Conversion Optimisation: Ensuring we meet all platform algorithm rules to drive up organic commercial performance across all platforms while meeting brand strategy. Implementing test and learn initiatives to ensure
* Reporting: Monitor core KPI's, report against performance and forecasts, build out insight and analysis program of work to continually improve. Deliver real-time actionable insights and implement results.
* Budget Management: Advise on, track and work closely with our finance team to ensure we are accurate with forecasts and performance metrics to maximise on ROI.
Requirements
We'd love you to have
Substantial marketplace management experience with a strong focus on North and South American marketplaces
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through digital channels including Amazon
Deep understanding of major American marketplace dynamics, policies, and best practices
Experience managing American consumer behaviour and regional market nuances
Proficiency with major marketplace platforms and their seller tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards)
Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles
Experience with inventory management systems and CRM platforms
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Confident working in a multi-language, international environment and presenting to Senior Stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and numeracy
Ideally experience or a personal interest in the health and wellbeing sector
Fluency in English and preferably Spanish
