Overview
Free People Assistant Visual Manager – Richmond, UK. Location: 54 George Street, Richmond, TW91HJ, United Kingdom.
To create a unique, innovative and inspirational customer experience encompassing the Free People lifestyle and brand image, while maintaining store operations and goals, driving sales and ensuring a profitable store. The Assistant Visual Manager will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and will have direct communication with the District Manager to align with brand direction and focus.
What You’ll Be Doing
* People: Lead, mentor and motivate the team regarding leadership, visual execution and expectations through training, feedback and accountability; promote ownership and delegation; conduct morning and store staff meetings; manage customer care; model high productivity; mentor and problem-solve for the sales team; facilitate hiring, attract talent, and develop internal talent for succession planning; educate staff on training processes to achieve visual standards; enhance selling culture.
* Process: Drive sales to meet/exceed store goals and payroll targets; plan objectives with District and Store management; support scheduling and zoning; uphold customer care, operations and loss prevention standards; delegate tasks to meet objectives; manage restock in partnership with management; communicate updates from Home Office; maintain stockroom standards and flexible scheduling; manage operational aspects of the store; comply with company policy.
* Presentation: Use weekly sales reports to analyze performance and inform visual strategies; interpret Home Office visual communication and execute impactful visual environments; coordinate with District Brand Leader on seasonal concepts, fixture layout, and displays; maintain brand aesthetic awareness and communicate with the team; provide feedback on product performance to District Brand Leader; manage placement of new product by peak business hours.
