Area Sales Manager – South East (Dartford, South London, Surrey)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the South East (Dartford, South London, Surrey). You’ll be working remotely (home‑based) and will spend your days visiting clients, door knocking, and growing sales across both new business and existing accounts.
What You’ll Get:
Salary: £36,000 ‑ £40,000 per annum
Commission: 2% on sales from £0‑£150,000, and 3% on anything above £150,000
Company car, phone, laptop provided
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Remote/field‑based role
What You’ll Be Doing:
Visiting independent hotels, pubs, cafés, schools etc., to sell our food products
Door knocking for new clients and regularly meeting new prospects
Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are happy and re‑ordering
Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
Planning your calls and travel across your territory efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional selling skills — you enjoy face‑to‑face meetings and closing deals in person
Experience in B2B sales, ideally within food products or hospitality / catering sectors
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confident in prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking
Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work independently.
