Mission
* Build strong relationship with the Client, GC and local delivery team
* Improve project margin.
* Complete IST with no snags on schedule agreed date.
* Document monthly ongoing Improvements / Lessons Learned.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget.
* Monitors & maintains overview status of all projects.
* Implement or ensure enforcement of change control over the project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
* Day to day project execution.
* Timely resolution of issues, including an escalation
Requirements
* Strong leadership.
* Excellent working knowledge of the technical and operational environment in which the project deliverables are created and which they are used.
* Adapt to a dynamic and geographically disbursed environment
* Managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Project Sponsor
