The Estates & Governance Officer will be responsible for managing and safeguarding the Agency’s property database and records. This role requires ensuring the Agency maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all freehold properties it owns, as well as all leased properties and assets or those held under license.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Ensure that the Agency has a record of and access to all legal property documentation
* Maintain an accurate and up to date database containing details of the Agency’s Property Estate.
* Support the Property & Governance Lead in preparing any information, data and reports relating to the property function or the MCA estate as required by stakeholders

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
* Knowledge of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, renewals, rent reviews, and related legal matters.
* Experience working with professional service contracts and agreements, including invoicing.
* Experience collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance
