Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
* Liaise with trusted suppliers, contractors, and service providers to fulfil resident requests to the highest standard.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain filing systems and perform data entry accurately
* Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Organise appointments, contractors as needed
* Support team members with clerical duties to enhance productivity
* Ensure the office environment is organised and conducive to work
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential for this role
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
* Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished manner.
* Strong organisational and multitasking ability, with a keen eye for detail.
* Prior clerical and property experience is advantageous
