£22.57/hr Umbrella or £17/hr PAYE | Multi-Site North & West London

The Contract: Essential Pre-Start & Resident Management

We are seeking an experienced and highly mobile Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on an immediate contract for a critical scattered Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Programme.

This role is centred on managing resident engagement and preparing properties for works across a wide geographical area, including North London, the London Borough of Ealing, and sites extending to Letchworth and Stevenage.

Pay Rate (Umbrella)£22.57 per hour

Pay Rate (PAYE)£17.00 per hour

Schedule Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Your Core Mission: Surveys, Profiles & Coordination

You will be the vital link between residents, the design team, and the site team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the pre-start phase is completed meticulously to guarantee a smooth, safe, and efficient delivery once construction begins.

1. Pre-Condition Surveys: Conduct all mandatory, accurate pre-condition surveys in tenants' homes, documenting property conditions before any works commence.

2. Resident Profiling: Compile detailed resident profiles to note vulnerabilities, special requirements, and access arrangements, ensuring minimum disruption and excellent customer service.

3. Technical Coordination: Work jointly with kitchen designers and the asbestos surveyor to facilitate access, ensure information flow, and prepare necessary sign-offs.

4. General RLO Duties: Carry out ongoing RLO duties throughout the project, including managing resident expectations, handling complaints, issuing official project notices, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

Essential Requirements (MANDATORY)

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following non-negotiable requirements:

5. Mobility: Must hold a full driving licence and drive your own vehicle daily to service the highly scattered sites (North London, Ealing, Letchworth, Stevenage).

6. Communication & IT: Exceptional communication skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and compiling profiles.

7. System Knowledge: Must be capable of navigating and using the Wates SharePoint system (full training will be provided).
