As Head of Sales, you?ll be the driving force behind our commercial success in Meetings & Events. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you?ll lead a team of 3 Business Development Managers and 4 Sales Executives, crafting and executing a bold sales strategy that puts Goodwood at the forefront of the industry. Key responsibilities Revenue Leadership : Own and evolve the sales strategy to maximise revenue across all M&E channels. Business Development : Hunt down new opportunities with corporate clients, sponsors, and high-value accounts Creative Selling : Build bespoke, innovative propositions that make Goodwood irresistible. Stakeholder Engagement : Forge powerful relationships with internal teams and external partners. Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and customer needs. Performance & Reporting : Drive KPIs and report pipeline progress directly to the Commercial Director. Team Empowerment : Lead, coach, and energise your team to achieve greatness.
