* Answering phones with a friendly and professional demeanour 📞
* Responding to emails promptly and efficiently ✉️
* Processing invoices to ensure accurate financial records 💼
* Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the team
* Maintaining organised filing systems and documentation 📂
* Collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency 🤝
