1. Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (45 hours per week)
2. Pay: £38, + allowance
3. Annual Salary: Approx. £39,950
A quick look at the role.
To undertake all duties to refurbish waste containers in a production targeted workshop/depot environment whilst reporting to the CDC Manager.
Your core responsibilities.
4. Lead the inspection, repair, and maintenance of trade waste bins to company standards, including replacing lids, wheels, and other parts.
5. Oversee and carry out regular washing and cleaning of various sized wheeled containers.
6. Use power tools and equipment safely and correctly to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
7. Perform or coordinate basic welding tasks where required (training can be provided).
8. Take responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop and yard area.
9. Promote and follow all health and safety guidelines, supporting the team in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements

10. Be comfortable running a small team in the supervisors absence.
11. Previous experience within a workshop environment.
12. Previous experience of working in a production targeted environment.
13. Previous experience of using air tools and power tools in a workshop environment.
