We are looking for someone to join our Essex team. You will be instrumental in providing advice and information to individuals with disabilities who live independently. This is a varied role that is based in the office/home and will involve travel throughout the community in the Essex area.
Location: Hybrid working, office address: Penderels Trust,Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1HT
Salary: £29,016 per annum / £12,547 pro rata
Hours: 16 hours per week
