The Role: Your Impact
As Store Manager, you own the P&L of your site. You will lead a dedicated team to hit financial targets, maintain a safe environment, and deliver world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Profitability: Achieve financial targets by converting enquiries into sales and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
* Lead & Develop: Recruit, coach, and mentor your team through PDPs and appraisals to help them reach their full potential.
* Marketing & Strategy: Partner with the Regional Manager to design and execute local marketing plans that increase occupancy.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store standards, ensuring the site is clean, safe, and fully compliant with H&S legislation.
* Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, responding effectively to diverse customer needs and ensuring every "mystery shop" is a success.
