- £40,740

The Role:
This varied role includes responsibilities from financial management to people development. Your key focus areas will be:
* Driving gym performance through detailed action plans for improvement, ensuring safety and legal compliance
* Fostering a positive and motivating work environment
* Building and developing a highly engaged team of Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Gym Manager, understanding their motivations and supporting their career growth
* Recruiting new Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, proactively sourcing talent
* Delivering an excellent member experience by maintaining high service standards
* Managing and enhancing Group Exercise offerings within the gym
Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will be part of a team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals dedicated to creating an exceptional member experience and maintaining first-class standards. You will also collaborate with other Gym Managers in your cluster to improve overall performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing
* Embodiment of our ‘Everybody Welcome’ mantra
* A passion for supporting people to reach their full potential
* Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory
* Resilience, confidence, and integrity in driving results
* Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
