Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Hours: Flexible shifts available (e.g. 20–30 hours per week)
* Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and develop.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's development and progress.
* Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of children’s development, accidents, and daily routines.
* Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
