We are supporting the appointment of a Senior Global Marketing Manager who will report into the global marketing leadership team and take ownership of the brand’s global marketing strategy. This role will lead brand positioning, creative direction and campaign execution across international markets, while also overseeing trade marketing activity and managing a small team. The position sits at the centre of brand, commercial and creative decision‑making.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the global brand and marketing strategy across markets and channels.
* Define brand positioning, messaging and creative direction, acting as a global brand guardian.
* Oversee global campaigns, launches and asset development from concept to execution.
* Own annual marketing planning, budget management and performance tracking.
* Lead PR strategy and manage agency and partner relationships.
* Set strategic direction for trade marketing across retail, spa and distributor channels.
* Line manage and develop a Trade Marketing Manager and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
Experience Requirements
* Senior brand and marketing experience within retail or spa/salon.
* Proven experience developing global brand strategy and leading integrated campaigns.
* Background in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial or SME environments.
* Strong creative leadership with experience managing agencies and content creation.
* Commercial mindset with budget ownership and performance evaluation experience.
* Confident communicator with strong copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative, hands‑on and passionate about brand building.
