Territory Manager
Locations: South West England
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Commission: £16k (Paid quarterly)
The Opportunity
Our client is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth across key region. This is a high-impact role focused on developing relationships within hospitals, influencing clinical practice, and increasing adoption of a well-regarded product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Trusts (including clinicians, nurses, procurement, and dietitians)
* Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
* Deliver product training, demonstrations, and clinical support
* Work closely with internal teams including marketing and clinical specialists
* Manage tenders and procurement processes within your territory
* Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
Key Requirements
* Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales
* Experience selling into NHS/hospital environments
* Strong understanding of procurement processes and stakeholder mapping
* Ability to influence clinical decision-makers
* Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
* Background in enteral feeding, neonatal, or critical care products
* Clinical or nursing background (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience managing complex sales cycles
