The Role
You will be part of a busy and growing Real Estate team, working alongside senior professionals on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Landlord and tenant work
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Property development
* Investment transactions
* Commercial leases and lease renewals
This is a great opportunity to work on high-calibre transactions while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your role.
About You
You will have:
* A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Solid experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
* Strong client care and relationship management skills
* Excellent commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
* The ability to manage files independently and collaboratively within a team
