Job Description Provide temporary cover as Chef Manager across various locations as required Lead and support kitchen teams to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen in the absence of the permanent manager Ensure all food safety, health & hygiene, and compliance standards are met at all times Manage stock control, ordering, and budget adherence Maintain excellent presentation and customer satisfaction standards Step in quickly and effectively to ensure continuity of service during short-notice cover
