What You’ll Be Doing

* Maintain and update portfolio compliance trackers, ensuring statutory and non‑statutory actions stay on schedule
* Monitor upcoming and overdue compliance tasks and drive timely completion
* Liaise with site teams, managing agents and contractors to close out actions efficiently
* Highlight risks, delays and trends to Property Operations Managers
* Manage Fixflo workflows, ensuring issues are logged, progressed and resolved
* Support accurate property and compliance data management within MRI/Qube
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers and third parties, including access, works and documentation
* Track outstanding actions and documents through to completion with clear, consistent communication
* Assist the Portfolio Operations Manager with day‑to‑day operations and meeting preparation
* Prepare reporting information and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records across systems
What You Need To Succeed
* Strong organisational skills and tracking skills with high attention to detail.
* Confident communication skills, to assist in dealing with key-stakeholders and third parties
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across schemes
Desirable
* Comfortable using IT and Property Management Software (Qube MRI/Fixflo)
* Experience in Build to Rent or Property Management
* General understanding of property management compliance (ie Gas safety certification, electrical installation certification etc, fire safety certification)
