Your Work Schedule
You’ll enjoy a balanced work-life with a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, during DAY shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM (for example, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
Your Mission
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:
* Field-based Engineers
* Account Managers
* Our Branch Network
Work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience!
What Will You Be Doing?
* Responding to inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
* Demonstrating excellent service to all customers.
* Maintaining high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
* Accurately recording and processing information.
* Taking ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
* Proactively identifying and escalating service delivery issues.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
* Have at least six months of customer service experience.
* Possess call centre or customer-facing experience.
* Be proactive with strong communication skills.
* Have a working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* Work effectively in a team environment.
