The role
Due to our rapidly expanding workload, we are now looking to appoint an Associate or Associate Director to join our small team. You will play an integral part in continuing to grow the team, and act as lead of future projects.

The key duties will be:
* Project lead from a transport planning perspective whether this be working alongside Marrons planning colleagues or external clients
* Reviewing Transport Assessments / Travel Plans / Feasibility Studies
* Providing high level advice to clients at project inception stage and through the duration of a scheme
* Attend client meetings and public consultations
* Contribute towards winning work
* Work collaboratively with in house Marrons specialist teams
You will need:
* Significant experience in the transport planning industry
* Excellent technical and design skills as well as report writing skills
* Relevant degree qualification in Transport Planning, Geography or Civil Engineering
* Use of AutoCAD, TRICS, JUNCTIONS and LINSIG modelling software Is desirable
* Experience of planning appeals is desirable
