Senior Growth Marketing Lead
Location: West London (2-3x per week)
A growing health and wellness brand is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to drive the next stage of growth for its health-focused app. This is a unique opportunity for a senior marketer to take full ownership of app subscriber growth, shape the growth strategy, and directly impact thousands of users.
As the first hire dedicated entirely to growth marketing, the successful candidate will operate with high autonomy, leading experiments, campaigns, and strategic initiatives to expand user acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for the app.
* Conduct deep user research to understand motivations, test propositions, and optimise high-converting landing pages.
* Lead, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
* Identify and pursue B2B partnership opportunities with health organisations, wellness brands, and other strategic partners.
* Analyse performance metrics, extract insights, and drive data-led decision-making across all growth channels.
* Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, proposing new growth initiatives and prioritising based on impact.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, experienced in building growth from scratch in small, agile teams. They thrive in an autonomous environment, enjoy experimenting, and are passionate about helping people live healthier lives.
Required Experience
* 4+ years in growth marketing, preferably in startups or small teams, ideally with mobile app experience.
* Proven success in designing, running, and optimising paid social campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience running growth experiments end-to-end.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritise initiatives for maximum impact.
* Responsible, mission-driven, and attentive to detail.
Desirable
* B2B marketing experience in health, wellness, or food sectors.
