They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to help with Purchase Ledger and general transactional duties. However, the role will also require general administration and creating social medial content. Key responsibilities incudes: Processing all supplier invoices and making sure nominal coding in Sage is correct Digitally filing all supplier invoices once in Sage Dealing with finance emails accordingly Reconciliation & verification of Credit Card Statements Administration work for Health & Safety Manager Create Social Media content for engagement and publish You may be required to undertake other roles periodically at the Finance Directors requires Person Profile: Previous experience in a finance and administration Strong attention to detail A passion for social media A positive attitude and willingness to support in a small team The ability to work independently and take initiative, but also collaborate closely with others Enjoys working in a small team Please note, this role is based on site 5 days a week but flexibility with working hours is available with the position.
