Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting client deliverables across multiple engagements, reporting to senior management, and driving projects to completion with support from colleagues.

* Nurturing relationships with internal specialist teams, external clients, and stakeholders, including lawyers and other professionals.
">
* Fitting into our positive learning culture, coaching junior team members, and developing their skills and knowledge.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of one year's experience working in the Pensions industry or a similar advisory role.
">
* Strong understanding of defined benefit pension schemes and their financial risk to employers.
">
* Professional accountancy qualification required.
">
* Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
">
* Appreciation of the risks inherent in advising businesses and their stakeholders.
">

Desirable Qualifications:

">
* A track record within a recognized pensions covenant advisory team, including experience of delivering covenant reviews.
">
* People development experience, able to supervise, coach, and mentor staff.
">
* An own network of contacts with work providers, or understanding the importance of building one.
