A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Litigation Locum to provide cover on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with some exposure to commercial litigation work. The firm is looking for a self-sufficient solicitor who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
The caseload is likely to include:
* General civil litigation
* Contract disputes
* Debt recovery
* Property litigation
* Boundary and neighbour disputes
* Consumer disputes
* Professional negligence matters
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Commercial disputes and breach of contract claims
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
* Strong background in handling a broad range of civil litigation matters
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Available to commence at short notice
