A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the Bradford office of a well-respected, Legal 500-ranked regional law firm. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
To be considered, you’ll need at least two years of experience in a similar conveyancing support role.

About the Role:
You’ll work alongside a Conveyancing Fee Earner, supporting them throughout the full residential conveyancing process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling sales and purchase transactions
* Conducting searches and preparing contracts
* Managing enquiries and dealing with incoming funds
* Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties
* Drafting completion statements and preparing bills
* Submitting applications to HM Land Registry and HMRC for SDLT
Experience with new build transactions would be a plus, though not essential.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive team made up of Conveyancers, Assistants and Administrators, working across a variety of residential property matters. You will be confident working independently on day-to-day tasks while being a reliable team player.
