We’re searching for an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead our venue and take guest experience, team culture, and operational performance to the next level.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for running and developing the Daytona Tamworth venue. From racing events and hospitality to team leadership and compliance, you’ll ensure every part of the operation reflects the highest standards in performance, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
You’ll inspire a team of up to 50 staff, including three department heads, and create an environment where safety, teamwork, and service excellence are non-negotiable.
