About the Role
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school office, providing efficient administrative and clerical support to staff, pupils and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for staff, pupils and visitors
* Managing telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner
* Updating and maintaining pupil records using the schools ICT systems
* Producing letters, documents and standard forms
* Providing general clerical and administrative support
* Supporting the smooth operation of the school office
About You
1. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Confident and professional telephone manner
