We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join our team covering the Cheltenham area.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the site team, subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officer to coordinate activities on a live site
* Coordinate and manage direct labour and subcontractor
* Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with design specifications and programme timelines
* Monitor productivity and drive performance on-site
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
* Maintain accurate QA records, photographic evidence, and installation checklists.
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
* Monitor safe working practices and proactively address hazards
* Ensure all operatives are trained, certified, and compliant
* Ensure clear communication before, during, and after works
* Manage expectations and minimise disruption in occupied properties
* Resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
You Will Need:
* Proven experience supervising retrofit or construction works.
* Strong technical understanding of re-cladding and fire safety.
* Experience working in occupied properties (customer-facing environment)
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* CSCS card (Supervisor or Skilled level)
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation (CDM)
* Full UK driving licence
