At Comodo Living, we design and craft luxury beds and bedroom furniture, delivering timeless elegance to homes across the UK. We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Adviser to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.
The Role
* Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and approachable manner.
* Build lasting relationships with retail and trade clients.
* Develop product knowledge to confidently guide customers through options and specifications.
* Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and upselling premium products.
* Liaise with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
* Provide outstanding after-sales support to maintain our reputation for excellence.
What We're Looking For
* Confident, well-spoken, and professional.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Previous sales or customer service experience (luxury or furniture sector preferred but not essential).
* Organised, proactive, and motivated by targets.
* A positive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
