What you will do
* Screen Safeguarding Concerns and gather initial information to understand and assess situations accurately.
* Undertake S42 Enquiries to identify and address risks.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans.
* Perform mental capacity assessments to ensure individuals’ needs and desires are adequately respected.
* Apply Making Safeguarding Personal principles to focus on the individual’s outcomes and their journey through the safeguarding process.
* Collaborate with key partner agencies to ensure effective safeguarding measures are in place.
To thrive in this role, you must have a good working knowledge and experience in Co‑Production, Strengths Based Practice and Person Centred Practice. It is essential that you are a car driver with business cover provided to adequately fulfil the demands of this position.
