As the business continues to expand, diversify, and modernise, we are seeking a Head of Financial Modelling to join its high-performing Finance team.Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this is a pivotal leadership role owning the Group’s Five-Year Plan process and the development of a dynamic, KPI-driven financial model to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Business Units, Treasury, and senior executives to provide high-impact insight, scenario analysis, and financial leadership across the Group.Key Requirements:Proven FP&A leadership experience in a large, complex, multi-product organisationAdvanced Excel and complex financial modelling expertiseStrong commercial and strategic acumenExcellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiencesProven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving performance improvementKey Responsibilities:Lead the Group Five-Year Plan process, owning the development and stewardship of the Group’s financial modelPartner with Business Units to ensure accuracy, ownership, and accountability in assumptions and forecastsCollaborate with Treasury on credit rating assessments and refinancing strategiesDeliver strategic insight through high-impact analysis and board-level presentationsDrive improvement in modelling and reporting standards across the finance functionSupport strategic projects, including M&A evaluations and external stakeholder presentationsIf you meet the above-mentioned criteria, please apply below.
