Role Overview
Omega Energy Services is a fast growing Renewables installation company seeking a highly professional and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our installation teams delivering renewable energy and fabric measure projects across Scotland. This role suits a driven individual with a hunger to achieve an industry-leading OTE salary, based directly on personal and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Organise, manage, and coordinate all installers delivering renewable and fabric measure installations across Scotland
* Oversee the full installation lifecycle, including survey, installation, commissioning, and handover
* Take ownership of achieving monthly installation targets and reporting performance to senior management
* Carry out surveys, site inspections, and quality management activities
* Ensure installations meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, from Householders through to our Public Sector Clients.
* Use Microsoft Office for reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking
* Operate comfortably within a performance-driven environment with clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in operations or installation management within construction, energy, or renewables
* A professional, motivated approach with a strong personal drive to exceed targets
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
* A technical knowledge of Renewables installation measures, Solar, ASHP, Battery and ESH.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Comfortable being managed against KPIs and performance metrics
Additional Information
* Mix of office-based work and travel throughout Scotland
* Office based- Strathclyde Business Park, Lanarkshire
* Overnight stays may be required depending on operational needs
Salary & Benefits
* OTE: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum through monthly bonus linked directly to targets and KPIs
* Basic salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
* Company vehicle provided
