As a Physiotherapist in our Wellness Team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care Based on the Redcliffe Peninsula, working across the Moreton Bay and Brisbane North community, supporting older people to live with independence, dignity, and choice. As a Physiotherapist, you will: Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services in the community and on-site Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans Support mobility, independence, reablement, falls prevention and pain management Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and communication Contribute to a positive safety, quality and clinical governance culture This role may also involve supporting staff, students or volunteers with safe manual handling practices.
