Senior Vice President Sales
Location: Remote – UK or Mainland Europe
Package: £180k - £240k Base + Bonus + Executive Benefits
We’re seeking a dealmaker—a strategic, hands-on sales leader to drive high-value outsourcing (BPO/ITO) partnerships with Big Tech, High-Tech and Tech Titans. (Apple, Uber, Youtube etc..) This is a role designed for a hunter who thrives on owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing transformational, multi-year deals.
You’ll architect the UK/Europe GTM strategy, leveraging your C-suite network and deep outsourcing expertise to position us as the partner of choice for cost optimisation, digital transformation, and operational scalability. Success means exceeding revenue targets, unlocking new verticals, and shaping the future of tech outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
* Hunt new logos: Aggressively target Fortune 500 tech leaders through executive outreach, strategic partnerships, and competitive displacement.
* Close complex deals: Own end-to-end sales cycles—diagnostics, solution design, commercial negotiations, and contract execution—for deals ranging from £5M to £50M+.
* Pipeline dominance: Leverage data-driven insights to identify whitespace opportunities, refine pricing models, and accelerate decision-making.
* Consultative selling: Develop ROI-driven narratives that align outsourcing solutions with tech giants’ cost, innovation, and risk imperatives.
* Structured persuasion: Navigate multi-stakeholder bids, counter objections with market intelligence, and secure buy-in at the Board level.
* Post-sale influence: Partner with Delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions and expand footprint through upsell/cross-sell.
* Trendspotting: Advise leadership on emerging outsourcing models (AI-driven operations, GBS, hybrid offshoring) to differentiate our offerings.
* Competitive agility: Anticipate shifts in the tech landscape (e.g., AI adoption, regulatory changes) to preempt competitor moves.
Experience
* A proven outsourcing dealmaker: selling BPO, ITO, or outsouring services into the Big Tech sector
* C-suite navigator: Strong relationships with Tech Titans’ procurement, CFOs, and COOs—able to cold-call, pitch, and close at the highest levels.
* Structured seller: Expertise in complex deal shaping, including pricing constructs, SLA frameworks, and joint business cases.
* Data-driven hunter: Uses competitive intelligence (e.g., ISG, Everest Group) to identify churn risks and unseat incumbents.
* Ambition-driven: Relentless focus on quota overachievement and market expansion.
