The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment. Manage student behaviour effectively, following school policies. Support students in staying on task and completing set work. Build positive relationships with students and school staff. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience working with young people (in education, sports, or community settings). Strong communication and classroom management skills.
