Job Advert Cleaning Operative - (outdoor site) Zero hour contract * Festival Leisure Park, Basildon - External shopping centre * This role is required to cover holiday/sickness cover across the site * regular hours available * hours could vary however applicant would be required to work from earliest 0700 & latest shift finishes 2100. * site is open Monday to Sunday, so would need to be very flexible in working AM,PM, Weekends when they arrise * £13.45 per hour PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment, facilities management and more. Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include: * Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines * Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor * Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked. * Customer service * Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor * Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues * Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly Ideal Candidate: * Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays * Good attention to detail * Good verbal communication skills * Ability to follow instructions * Polite and professional * Willingness to learn * Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required * Experience preferred but full training provided * Good self-presentation (uniform provided) Benefits: Online GP Service (Full time Employees); Employee Assistance Program; Volunteering Day(s); Recognition Awards.
