Job opening: Motorpoint new store in Leeds

The Role
Salary: £13 per hour basic + Bonus
Location: Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota; weekend working will be required.
Responsibilities
* Deliver fantastic customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face.
* Manage administration tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently.
* Use our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases.
* Understand customer needs on arrival and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints.
* Work as part of a team to achieve monthly NPS targets.
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Experience delivering great customer service, from any industry.
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
* Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks.
* Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
