PRS Recruitment is proud to be representing a world-renowned luxury restaurant group in the search for exceptional Supervisors for an exciting new flagship opening. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile launch with ambitions to achieve Michelin-level recognition.
The Role:
* Position: Supervisors
* Immediate start available
* £42,000 base salary + Tronc + cash tips (OTE up to £50,000)
* 45 hours per week
* 5 days on / 2 days off rota

Candidate Requirements:
* Strong background in high-end / luxury hospitality environments
* Proven ability to lead by example in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
* Comfortable working in a brand-new opening with evolving systems and processes
* Confident being the face of the business and engaging with elite clientele
* Must demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm above all else
* Positive, hands-on approach with a strong team mindset
