About the Role
We are seeking a committed, patient and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive secondary school team in Havering. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have a range of Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN.
2. Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs.
3. Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals.
4. Support students' social, emotional and academic development.
5. Help maintain a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.<...
