The opportunity
We’re expanding our Criminal Law Team and looking for an experienced, ambitious Senior Associate or Partner to be part of this exciting growth phase.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a complex and varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
* Building strong, trusted client relationships
* Contributing to strategic team discussions and knowledge sharing
* Leading business development initiatives and helping grow the team’s profile
* Advocating in Magistrates and appropriate Crown Court hearings
* Representing clients at the police station and PACE interviews
* Travelling as required for hearings, client meetings, and multi-office collaboration
What We’re Looking For
✔ Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with robust criminal and/or regulatory experience
✔ Higher Rights of Audience (essential)
✔ Strong advocacy experience, both Magistrates + Crown Court
✔ Experience supervising and developing others
✔ Skilled in BD and marketing initiatives
✔ Excellent communicator with strong drafting and organisational skills
✔ Able to travel for client needs, including courts, police stations & prisons
✔ Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
