Are you an HR administrator who loves variety, systems and making a real impact on the employee experience? If you enjoy being being developed, engaging with employees whilst keeping things running smoothly, this could be the role for you!

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions focused People Services Administrator to join a collaborative and forward thinking People team. The role is working within a client focused environment who provide innovative and creative solutions for their clients. You’ll work closely with the People Services Manager, supporting everything from HR operations and systems to engagement initiatives and culture enhancement.

What you’ll be doing

1. Being a trusted support to managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle

2. Owning and maintaining the HR system (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and smooth processes

3. Supporting onboarding, offboarding and internal moves

4. Liaising with external providers across payroll, benefits and pensions

5. Producing people data and reports to support decision-making

6. Helping embed the Culture and supporting engagement and change initiatives

7. Creating guides, FAQs and training materials to make HR processes easy to use

What we’re looking for

You will be systems savvy with strong attention to detail with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships across the business. The ideal candidate will know how to prioratise work load effectively and work with pace and purpose. Ideally you will have;

8. Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role

9. Confidence using HR systems (HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, Oracle or similar)

10. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, alongside being comfortable working with HR data and reporting

11. A people centric mindset with great communication skills

12. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
