Job Title: Transaction Services Director (Partner Track)- Financial Services

Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded Big 4 firm with a growing Advisory division in Belfast. As part of their continued expansion strategy, they are seeking a senior-level Transaction Services professional to lead significant deal activity and drive growth in Northern Ireland. This role will be on a fast track to Partner.

* At least 8 years’ post-qualified experience in Transaction Services

Role and Reporting Lines
You will report into the senior leadership team within the TS practice and be instrumental in growing the Financial Services division. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments
* Overseeing delivery of client reports and presentations
* Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop the team’s capability
* Supporting the firm’s wider growth strategy by identifying new opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborating with other departments on multidisciplinary projects
* Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and reporting processes
* Playing a strategic role in business development and thought leadership
