Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Sports Centre Duty Supervisor.
The successful candidate will lead and be accountable for the safe and high-quality day-to-day running and operation of the WISF Sports Centres and its associated facilities, which include Astros, Tennis, and Netball areas. Responsibilities include:
1. Solve daily problems to ensure Sports Centre facilities, service, and standards are met and maintained.
2. Provide staff with open, constructive, and transparent feedback through decisive leadership during all situations, including emergencies.
3. Ensure staff adhere to correct Normal Operation Procedures (NOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
4. Hold an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Salary: £25,249 to £27,825
Working Hours: All year round, 37.5 hours a week, five over seven days a week, on a three-week rota, including one in three weekends. At weekends, we are only open until 18:00.
