About the job We’re looking for an experienced, Performance Marketing manager to help us deliver growth in both our mortgage and savings business The role will entail: Directly managing and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Apple Search Ads) with a significant budget Monitoring performance and continuously optimising campaigns using data led insights Managing the tracking, analysis, and reporting of growth activity Working closely with our small but mighty marketing team to deliver on our huge growth goals Requirements : At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing An expert in Meta, Google and Tiktok’s ad platforms You have recently been directly managing optimisation in platform (not just overseeing working by direct reports or agencies) with significant seven figure budgets Ability to write compelling and optimised ad copy. Eye for static and video ad creation a bonus Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and A/B testing Experience with MMPs like Appsflyer Experience in a B2C product-led business, driving growth to an app alongside a website Organised and process driven - you want to test the right things in the right order Obsessed with data analysis - you don’t make decisions based on gut feel Comfortable with both day-to-day execution & strategic thinking A team player who cares about collaboration - you’ll get the team behind your initiatives Collaborative, with exceptional communication skills Mindset to “Find a Way” and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment Location: Hybrid, with an office in Central London
