This role involves starting in a roaming position, supporting and leading teams across our Boutique Inns, providing a unique opportunity to experience our diverse sites, learn from experienced managers, and prepare to lead your own Inn in the future.
Our locations range from premium dining pubs with boutique bedrooms to vibrant community favourites. You will be immersed in our business, embodying our values and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will regularly visit and work at different sites.
