Speak with people who’ve expressed interest in our programs Build rapport with career changers, grads, migrants, and return-to-work parents Help them explore their goals and challenges in a supportive way Offer clarity and encouragement so they feel confident taking the next step Follow up with care (not pressure), using our CRM to track interactions Collaborate with a supportive, passionate team 2+ years in a people-facing role (sales, coaching, customer support, or admissions) You’re a natural listener who makes others feel safe and understood You believe in guiding, not pushing You’re emotionally intelligent and truly care about helping others grow Tech-savvy enough to work with CRM tools and manage a busy inbox Bonus: You’ve supported people from diverse backgrounds before What We Offer
