To extend the current team already operating in UK, ESA Engineering is looking for an Engineer to cover the mechanical and technical designs for high luxury retail projects, but not limited to that. You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet industry standards and client requirements. Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical design projects from concept to completion. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions. Develop detailed mechanical designs. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Review and approve technical documentation. Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases. Requirements: 3 years of experience in mechanical design within the construction industry. CIBSE membership is a mandatory requirement. High knowledge of BIM. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Execellent English Level. Skills: Teamwork orientation. Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings. Revit, MS Project, AutoCAD.
